New details on the ultra-light crash Monday afternoon that left a Bedford county man dead.
Friends and family are still in shock after the death of 68 year old Helmut Neubrand.
This is what is left of 68-year-old Helmut Neubrand's plane. Friends say he wasn't planning on flying Monday but somehow he did--and hit this tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene off Ragged Road in Bedford County.
A full investigation has been launched into what went wrong.
