One Step Closer To Improving Johnstown's Neighborhoods

Officials in Johnstown are finishing up the paper work they'll send to the Department of Housing and Urban Development for grant money to make improvements to the city.
The money comes from community block grant funds, distributed by HUD. Officials have been holding public meetings around the city to determine what residents want to see done.
Once the paperwork is approved by, the next step is to evaluate which neighborhoods are priority areas.
