No Tax Increase In Blair County

Commissioners in Blair County unveiled their tentative 67 million dollar budget for 2010.
While they say it's a tight one, residents won't be seeing a tax increase. They credit that with strict spending. Department heads spent the past week and a half preparing their budgets.
The proposed budget includes $200,000 dollars in contributions to the pension fund, a 30 percent increase for health care and a three percent rise for non-union employees.
