Man Killed After Violent Crash

A man in Centre County was able to escape a car accident, but still ended up dead.
Shortly after eleven Tuesday night, police say Brock Choate of Montoursville rolled his car over several times on an I-99 access ramp near Penn State's Innovation Park. Even though he got out safely, Choate walked into traffic and was hit and killed.
