A man involved in a Centre County animal cruelty case could be going to jail earlier than expected.  Thomas Shawley of Milesburg was convicted earlier this month on twenty eight summary charges after dead cattle were found on a farm he was managing.  A Judge ordered prison time for Shawley but did allow him to remain free pending an appeal.  That could be changing though after a hearing later this week when Prosecutors plan to ask a Judge to reset Shawley's bail at one hundred thousand dollars.
