Police in Cambria County say they may not be able to afford new guidelines for taser gun use.
A new court ruling harshly outlines how police can use tasers. It's all because of some shocking evidence of harsh use across the nation. But local officials say sometimes it's their only option.
The Ferndale Police Department may work on changing its use of taser guns. They'll have to see if the court's ruling limits their own guidelines.
