The motto of the Secret Service says it's members are "worthy of trust and confidence" but a new policy change suggests both are in short supply in the wake of the Columbia prostitution scandal.  The Associated Press obtained a memo revealing that the Secret Service will be taking Senior Level Supervisors on some future trips to make sure agents and officers follow tough new policies.  No entertaining foreign nationals in hotel rooms, no hanging out in non-reputable establishments, no excessive drinking.  And US laws apply no matter where Secret Service Agents and Officers are working.
