A Clinton County School District wants a Judge to get rid of new subpoenas saying Jerry Sandusky's Attorney is trying another fishing expedition.  Joe Amendola has filed for subpoena requesting records from Central Mountain about victim one.  The District says documents from Guidance Counselors and Psychologists are protected.  The Judge overseeing the Jerry Sandusky case has given Amendola until Thursday to respond.
