Today a ribbon cutting was held for the Creative Corner & Company, which is a newly founded co-op workshop, retail, and gallery space in Downtown Johnstown.
The new space, is a co-op shared by three co-owners and their artistic businesses.
The Creative Corner houses a place for these three businesses to create, show-off, and sell their works, such as jewelry, candles, and illustrations, but future plans may include space for more artists to join them.
“Eventually, what we’re gonna do is bring in other artists. We really wanna cater to other artists in our community. By having a space that they can come in and sell their work, showcase their work, things like that. So, I’m really excited to make that a part of the community too.”
The Creative Corner & company is located at 416 Main Street suite 104 in Johnstown.
