According to a Facebook post by the Police Department
They say a woman attempted to kidnap a 13 year old in the area of Barron and Virginia Avenues.
To be clear this kidnapping was not successful.
The department’s post goes on to say that the suspect is a woman approximately 5’10” tall wearing all black.
No other details were provided.
