Officials say the trial for inmate Paul Kendrick who is charged with the 2018 death of Mark Baserman is being delayed again.
This comes after the defense filing a motion earlier Today, challenging how the jury was being selected.
This motion was granted. Kendrick’s trial is now being pushed back to March of 2025.
This is the third time his trial has been delayed since 2023.
