Centre County Man Convicted In Jan 6th Capital Riot

A Centre County man is convicted on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges for assaulting law enforcement during the January 6th Capitol Riot.

According to the U.S. District Attorney’s office of the District of Columbia.

65 Year old Terry Allen of Spring Mills was found guilty by a U.S. District court judge.

Video evidence shows Allen on the west plaza of the capitol shoving and assaulting law enforcement officers with a wooden flagpole.

At another point in the video Allen is seen with a second flagpole this one being metallic and throwing it at officers standing less than 10-feet away.

He’s scheduled to be sentenced on November 14th.
