Nellie and Charlie Crouse along with Jeffrey Blystone and Anthony Mariani were charged by Johnstown Police late last month with multiple felony assaults.
Police allege the victim endured beatings with boards and had chunks of her hair ripped out they say her three children were also victims of similar assaults.
Some of the defendants are waiting for court appointed attorneys after that a new preliminary hearing date will be set.
