This is 37 year old Raymond Foreman Junior who police say brandished a handgun and threatened to kill a man who arrived to shut the water off at his Cumberland Valley Township home.
Police say a search of the residence also found a psylocybin mushroom grow operation and other drug paraphernalia.
Foreman was also allegedly hiding a woman wanted for retail theft in Blair County.
Foreman is charged with multiple offenses, including felonies for terroristic threats and drug possession.
He is being housed in the Bedford County Correctional Facility.
