You may have seen some rumors circulating online about Pennsylvania no longer requiring vehicle inspections, well Penndot quickly took to Facebook to squash those claims.
Penndot made the announcement on Tuesday stating the annual state safety inspections and emissions testing are still required, and that there has not been any bill signed reducing or removing this requirement.
Penndot did go on to say that Texas recently passed a law eliminating their state inspection requirements, but this new law has no affect on Pennsylvanians.
