We have an update on a hotel shooting case as authorities say the suspect has been extradited back to the area months after his arrest.
Andrew Vega, of California, is facing attempted homicide charges in the early January shooting of a Lancaster man outside the Somerset County Holiday Inn Express.
Police say the victim was shot twice in the parking lot of the hotel.
Officials say Vega was taken into custody in the State of Indiana, weeks after the initial shooting.
Today District Attorney Molly Metzgar confirmed that Vega is back in Somerset County and awaiting a preliminary hearing.
